Friday November 14th: Kin of the Moon String Orchestra/Manual de Ritmo de Percussion con Senas: The Chapel at The Good Shepherd Center
All strings conduction followed by all percussion ensemble. Plus guest soloists: Brandon Ross, Leanna Smith, Robin Holcomb Skerik, Steph Richards
Saturday November 15th: The World of Conduction/The Music of Henry Threadgill: The Royal Room
Set 1. Wayne Horvitz plus Special Guests Steph Richards and Brandon Ross, lead a stellar 15 piece ensemble in a set of conductions.
Set 2. Music from Very, Very, Circus with an all-star Seattle band featuring Naomi Siegel, Ingrid Laubrock, Steph Richards, Skerik, and Brandon Ross.
Sunday November 16th: Songs of Butch Morris/Chicago Two Generations Sun Ra and Henry Threadgill: The Royal Room
Set 1: Conductions based on 4 gorgeous Butch Morris compositions
Set 2: Music of Threadgills’ Air and Sun Ra’s Lanquidity/Angels and Demons through the lens of conduction. Plus special guests.
Monday November 17th: Royal Room Collective Music Ensemble + special guests Ingrid Laubrock and Naomi Siegel: The Royal Room
