About the Event
Professional performance venues and opportunities are crucial to the local arts ecology to develop craft at the highest levels, and to provide space for necessary exploration and experimentation.
As ticket sales rarely cover the cost of live music performances and venues are often prohibitive to musicians without a guaranteed following, South Hudson Music Project is dedicated to providing a safe, equitable, and collaborative space in The Royal Room for student msicians to engage with their community and continue their artistic development.
Join us in support of the student musician community for an evening of ensemble performances from around the Seattle area! Music by Garfield High School Jazz Band III, Mrs. Phelps, Jazz Night School, JazzEd/Girls Ellington Ensemble, JazzEd/New Works Ensemble, and Meter Music.
Saturday, April 4 from 5-8pm at The Royal Room.
Donations gratefully accepted!
For guaranteed seating be sure to make a reservation.
